AccuSharp SharpNEasy 2-Step Coarse and Fine Knife Sharpener

It's not a gimmick. This thing really works. It makes your knives sharper than they've ever been, even sharper than when they were new. You don't have to keep pulling the knife over and over to get them sharp. Just go fairly easy, follow the instructions, you don't have work hard to pull the knife. Only five pulls on the corse side, then five pulls on the fine. Your knives will be sharper than ever. Just run your knives over the sharpener a couple times every week or two and your knives will stay incredibly sharp. Don't push/pull too hard or you will cut too much of the metal. I've owned this type of sharpener in the past, but this is the best one and easiest one I've ever used. What a value! I think customers would buy more of these ifit wasn't this inexpensive. But this is one of those rare products that is worth far more than the asking price. 100% recommended!
