Excellent wood fired spice, perfect for smokers.

I have been purchasing this wood fired garlic spice for the past several weeks, and I use it for ALL of my meats. I have a Pit Boss smoker and I always have something on the grill. The natural wood smoke flavor in this spice really adds to my pellet smoker's natural smoking capabilities and really boosts and enhances the smoky flavor. The garlic really comes through in the spice. It is salty enough that I do not have to add any additional salt, but it is lacking pepper, so I would recommend adding in some coarse ground black pepper if you are planning on smoking any meat. Very high quality spice at a very affordable price.

Good buy

This was bought for cooking beef and savory rice. It went well with cooking beef and chicken. But it was a bit too strong with the rice and stew even though I used it sparingly. Its a good choice for cooking meat. I'll have to try it with fish later.

I do like the taste of it on my burgers. But if you can, buy it in store. I had mine shipped to me and it wasn't packed right for long distance shipping. The top was smashed and broken and the seal was broken and spilled out in the shipping bag.
