For Android 6.0+, you must turn on location. Enter profile information before use. For medical reasons, we do not provide body composition data for people under 18 years old. Not recommend for anyone who is pregnant, has a pacemaker or other internal body device. If the scale does not wake up when fully-charged, push the restart button on the back of the scale. The first use requires holding the button for 3 seconds.

Just received this scale 10 days ago. Delivered on time. Works great! Love that the app chimes when you weigh so you don’t have to watch the numbers while standing on the scale. Helpful tip-I saw other reviews were saying they had a hard time getting the scale to turn on with their foot. Make sure scale is level on the floor. Once I moved mine to a level hard floor, it works with no problems! Love this product.
