These are sleep saving miracle gummies lol

These help me so much to fall asleep! They have a great flavor too (wish they made a non-therapeutic gummy in this flavor lol). They used to be kinda hard and overly chewy but like 4-5 months ago (approximately) they seemed to be making them much softer and not so difficult to chew. I like that they aren't medicated but work just by enhancing the natural melatonin our bodies produce.
