The construction and color of this collar are exceptional. I went by the measurements but it was still way too big, wide and bulky for my dog. He weighs 21 pounds and I ordered a Medium. The hardware which is quite nice, seemed more appropriate for a 90 pound dog. Maybe I received the wrong size, it's hard to tell as there's no sizing information printed on the collar, or the bag it came in. My dog is grown, otherwise I'd keep it for him to grow into. Sadly I'll be returning it.
