Don't Be Afraid! It's Easy!

I remember using this 40 years ago when I first got married and I couldn't cook! it was easy and it made my chicken taste delicious! well I'm 70 now and I thought I'd try it again. it came out delicious again! I cut up some potatoes some carrots and some onions and threw it in there but this time I also added half a can of cream of chicken soup and half a can of water and a half a stick of butter. cooked it for a little bit over an hour maybe an hour and 10 minutes. it couldn't have been any more perfect! for any young people out there that don't know what they're doing in the kitchen, don't be afraid! Try this. You can use any kind of cut of chicken. I used big fat chicken legs cuz they were on sale. but you can use breasts or thighs.. Good luck to you!

Awesome Spices

I love the combined spices in this packet. I put the spices and Olive Oil in a small bowl and mix it up real good. I rub it all over the chicken, I roast a Whole Chicken. I add enough Olive Oil to make a thin paste. 425 for about 45 minutes then down to 375. Anyway, the chicken browns up real good and the skin is so crispy. I use it on chicken, then I grill it. Warmer weather permitting.

On the plus side it is fully enclosed and the clean up is as easy as picking up the bag and tossing it in the trash.
