You don't nerd to eat the full serving of 3 to get the full taste of the rich flavor.. 70% dark chocolate is actually heart %26 Vascular healthy - it's the sugar that's not so much that great for our bodies, but then again all artificial sweeteners are disruptors to our bodily systems more so than regular sugar is - even some natural alternative sweeteners are, except for Maple Syrup %26 Honey, unsulfured blackstrap molasses...
