Unlike other similar effervescent tablets, this one's sugar free and higher in potassium than sodium: potassium deficiency's widespread, perhaps due to the fact that there's so much salt in food, and stress supposedly causes the body to retain sodium and excrete potassium; too much salt and too little potassium (potassium deficiency in other words) is linked to dementia and high blood pressure, among other things. And also, there's so much sugar in food, it blows my that supplement companies add sugar (even it's a small amount); i don't know about you, but i know i don't need anymore sugar in my diet. One tablet in a big glass of water with a drop of grapefruit juice and i get my over acidity taken care of, i get some calcium and magnesium + some vitamin C. Tastes okay too. And it's refreshing

I moustly use it in summer, it gets so hot you just cant keep up with drinking enough water. so i drink this before going to ride my motorcycle. or just on days i feel a little dryed up. it has a nice taste but i preffer desolving it in more that just one cup as it says, because the taste it really strong, so i just put it in a water of 300-500 ml.
