- Equipped with 8mm Tempered glass plate, resistant to friction; the glass is broken, the glass shards are no sharp, to ensure the safety of operator. The timer can set the exposing time, after reach the exposing time, the machine automatically turns off the tubes.
- The timer have automatic memory function, set in once, whether the number of switch turn on or off, time will save. Set the release valve, after the exposure and open the release valve, remove the vacuum, open the cover and remove the screen.
- This machine is equipped with four soft plastic pad feet, place on the corner of frame, during the vacuum, prevent the corner of frame damage the rubber cloth.

Special note:
Different brand of emulsion have different exposing time, the operator need to use the emulsion in this machine and confirm the best exposing time.
Methods of using the timer
1. Before using, please press the "C" button to reset, the display shows 00:00 00 and it is flashing state.
2. Press the "hour" and "minute" and "second" button separately to set the countdown of the electrify time, the display shows "ON".
3. Press the "start/pause" button to start the countdown.
For example: set exposure time 5 minutes 30 seconds : At first press the "C" button to remove the original set ; Then press "minute" set to"5"; press "seconds" set to "30"; Then press the "start/pause" to start the countdown, l amp open; After five minute 30 seconds countdown , plate burning machine tube closed.
This setting do not need to change, it is automatically saved. When the machine starts again, the countdown is still 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Basic parameters of the timer: Countdown: 1 SEC - 99 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds
Working temperature: - 25 c - 65 c
Note:
Pump to add engine oil before used only, lest cause motor damage. No oil can not be used Periodic inspection is required.
Using steps of the machine:
1.Connect the vacuum pump pipe with the exhaust pipe.
2.Plug the vacuum pump power into the socket.
3.Turn on the machine, adjust the Settings of exposure time.
4.Put the film and plate on the glass and adjust the position.
5.Put the four sledge foots on the four corners of the screen frame.
6.Close the cover, fit the hook locked; Vacuum pump starts exposing at the same time.
7.After 5 minutes of exposing ,the rubber cloth is closely fit with the mesh in the screen frame.
8.Press the timer “start/pause” button to expose.
9.When the exposing time is over, the tubes will be off automatically ;open the exhaust valve, the exposure will be disappear.
10.Turn off the power of the machine, and take out the screen frame. The exposure is finished .
