Walnuts are brain food

They say walnuts are brain food, but I just am mindful of the good taste. They do look like a small brain if you take the time to look at the way they are shaped. But so, does an empty bag of chips. Let's be earnest walnuts are a good health choice opposed to a handful of sugar. They taste great and I don't have to crack the nut or get confused on which part to eat. You eat the halves, right? Not the container.

Best tasting walnuts at Walmart!

My husband read that raw walnuts are good for the brain, so I got some from the baking aisle. I don't know if it's the bags that they are packed in or if they are older, but the ones in the baking aisle didn't taste great (like they were stale or something). Then, I found these on a shelf beside the fresh produce and they taste sooo much better! You can absolutely tell the difference between these walnuts and the ones in the baking aisle. These are a little more expensive, but absolutely worth it!
