This tea is the perfect warm-up for the beginning of fall. Bigelow has created a beautifully balanced seasonal tea. The blend of seasonal squash and warm cinnamon is seamlessly integrated with their classic Black Tea. It's comforting and aromatic, making it a must-have for my nightly routine—I've been brewing a mug every evening before bed! I was pleasantly surprised to find the caffeine content is lower than what I typically drink, and it hasn't interfered with my sleep at all. When I first brewed the tea, the flavor was a little dry, but after adjusting my steeping method, it's now absolutely perfect. I also experimented a few times by adding milk, which resulted in a delightfully milder, even more comforting cup. Overall, this tea is delicious and highly recommended. The only small negative was that the very first tea packet I opened was ripped, so I had to toss the bag, but that was a minor blip.
