OBSESSED!! Coffee one is my fave.

I'm obsessed with these bars. I love the quality ingredients I buy 4 packages at a time. The real benefit is the smooth caffeine and appetite satiation is surprisingly mellow and long lasting! One of these protein rich puppies and I'm focused and moving through my day or workout. Texture is a little floppy but that means fresh and I'll take that any day over hard. I actually kinda really like that. The coffee flavor is solid with minimal to no Monk fruit aftertaste or weird “flavor” overcompensation.

Better than a cup of coffee

These little squares easily fit into a backpack or a pocket to take to work onsite in an office. Then, when one is getting a little bit bored and perhaps slightly in need of a short nap, they easily unwrap and allow one to quietly munch, even during a Teams or Zoom meeting. Then, by the time the meeting is over, you can finish the rest of your day feeling well-nourished and alert.

Pretty Amazing!

I ate 1/2 a square a few minutes before a golf game. Within about 10 to 15 minutes, I started feeling such a surge of energy that my golf partners noticed... they said something like "Hey, you are all excited today, what's up?" I just smiled :-) Maybe it is because I don't drink coffee....
