I used this stuff to clean my toilet tanks in back of the toilet where you never look. I live in the country with well water and over time there was a build up of grime on the walls of the tank. I just put about a cup of this stuff in the tank and left it for a few hours, when I came back and checked it out the top of the water was covered in gunk. I flushed the tank out bt pouring a bunch of pots of water in the tank and when I finished it was nice and clean, no labor at all which is good for the tank on the toilet because as they old the working parts in there can easily be broken. the stuff works great for cleaning the toilet. I also use it to clean inside the toilet bowl and it got rid of the stubborn stains in the bottom of the bowl.
