- How to Brew: We recommend starting with 6oz water for every 9.5g of coffee (about 2 tbsp), which provides excellent extraction and maximizes flavor. For our blends we suggest a pour over or a automatic drip brewer, using grind size 5 or 6.

I came across Black Cat Classic Espresso several years ago by chance at a niche grocery store in a desperate stupor and need for my espresso fix. I am an addict, have a built in coffee center AND a counter top automatic espresso machine. I had never strayed from two other Italian brand espresso beans.
