Versatile and easy to clean work surface.
I use these on my granite counters to set hot pots on, provide cushion for china, create nice work surfaces, and drain wet dishes. Additionally, the pattern of my granite makes it difficult to see crumbs and messes, but these mats make messes easier to see. Because of the grid pattern, I can simply shake them into the sink or quickly rinse them off.
