When I first got this iPad mini it didn't want to come on or charge. I put it on a different charger not the original one that was sent with the iPad. The first day it kept freezing up I had to keep resetting it! This morning I woke up it wouldn't come on and I know it was completely charged. My son left the iPad for a while and it was still playing music so I went to turn the music off and it wouldn't come on but it was still playing music so I had to reset it again. I refuse to deal with this iPad and having to keep resetting it so I requested a refund.... I'll let others know how the process goes with the seller. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING!
