Peace of mind
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The U by Kotex Allnighter Ultra-Thin Pads are great! I have endometriosis which means I can have pretty heavy periods and that means that accidents can definitely happen over night with leakage. These pads provide great protection and are good at staying in place. Since they are thin it doesn't feel like you're wearing a diaper. They absorb nicely so you can go to sleep with a peace of mind that you'll stay protected while sleeping.

Amazing pads

Good for light urine leakage too!
I have been using these daily for the last few months after I developed mild stress incontinence. I had been using a panty liner and I felt they were really inadequate. I usually only need to change once or sometimes twice a day, depending on my activity level. I normally use tampons for my period and these work well as backup for those days too. Only negative is they sometimes curl up on the edges and the little tabs don't stick well to my underwear, but they work well.
