Goetze's Classic Cow Tales Caramel Candy: Strawberry Smoothie- 36 Count Box

The box arrived dirty, damaged, and already opened but taped together. Upon opening the box to see the product there was an opened cow tail on the top of the pile. Along with that, the package specifies 36, but there was only 32 cow tails, including the opened one. There was also a label stuck onto the cow tails box saying the expiration date was a few months away, but upon further inspection, there actual expiration date on the box and each individual cow tail was for about a month ago. So they are all expired. These sellers should be banned from selling on Walmart's website. So much for having these be a part of a Valentine's present. The sellers tried to sell me something that belongs in the trash.
