I love my Posture Corrector. Having scoliosis and reading stuff about these correctors before buying saying that mainly they will make you aware to straighten your back and pull back your shoulders when you tend to hunch over and eventually it will become a habit. I like that you can adjust the size with the velcro straps and the neoprene for me is comfortable. I also wanted something that was small and made me aware when I was hunching over. I can wear it under or over my clothes. Highly recommend by me.

I am wearing it now, and others say I am holding my shoulders up but I am not doing a thing! They can tell! This makes a difference, and all I have to do is wear it. I need not remember to stand with my shoulders in the right position. The straps are adjustable, and I made sure it was not upside down when I put it on. It doesn't come with any instructions so I had to figure it out, but it does help with shoulder placement.
