I know this is ment for door dash but we actually use it for much more… have something cold from the store it goes in there. Great for deliveries - can actually fit 3 of the Sam's club cupcake trays perfectly. Wish this also included a hard plastic insert to give it some type of frame so it would be easier to load and not fall in on itself when groceries are in it. Even then, still a great bag. The cup holder part is useful for fast food and catering deliveries, no doubt. Occasionally depending on the restaurant and cup size, there may be an issue with the material pushing up against a cup lid if using cup holder part. Still - not a big deal.
