I was skeptical after seeing some of the reviews, but I am SO pleased with the laptop! I love everything about it so far, the touch screen/convertible option and fingerprint log in is my favorite features. It starts up really fast and loads like a dream. I use it for work stuff (prek worksheets etc) and I play the sims 4. So far it loads the game crazy fast and plays great!! No lag issues for me, no freezing up. I purchased this in store so the price was $499 so a lot cheaper than online for some reason. But 10/10 would recommend this computer to anyone. The battery life is ok, I always have my charger so that isn't a issue for me. No complaints as of 04/26/2023.
