Delicious gf dessert!

I've been gluten free for almost 20 years, and this is one of the best desserts I've ever had among store bought items. It's rich and filling, like a “turtle” on a shortbread crust. The carb count is not outrageous either at 21 carbs per serving. I'm diabetic too, but I can manage that amount for a treat. I don't think anyone would be disappointed. Never heard of this company before but this item is great.

These are really great if you'd like pies these are similar but they're just a little bit different because they're gluten-free but they are pretty good. I've tried all their bars that they offer dessert bars and I really really like them and they're gluten-free and they don't have a lot of junk ingredients. This one is my favorite flavor

Delicious and decadent

These are premium dessert squares. The first ingredient is butter, which is evident upon tasting. Ethel's dessert squares are packaged nicely to keep them intact, not result in crumbs. The bottom is a tasty shortbread cookie. Pecans, caramel, and chocolate top it. Really delicious. Originally I became aware that this brand was going to be sold at Whole Foods but I never saw it there. Glad I got to try it after I saw it at Walmart.com
