Spade & Sparrows California Rose Wine, 750 ml Bottle, ABV 12.50%

All grapes picked early during harvest of 2020 and straight to press for production. Post juicing and fermentation, fining to achieve wine stability and color hue. Barbera based blend for soft strawberry flavors and crisp acidity in early stages of ripeness. Target is crisp ‘Provence/Cali’ style with bright acidity and light mouth feel. Tempranillo and Grenache add light body and aromatics, while the Syrah and Zin tend to add a touch of fruitiness as well as some depth.
