Cook rice (even in rice cookers). Cook meats and vegetables on regular or propane stoves, or small fires, etc. Just cover with (included) pot tops, and you can roast a roast over a campfire, or on any stove top. They don't need high heat for anything, (helping reduce electric usage). They can bake, fry, saute, and more. They can reduce cook time by nearly 50% or more.
