I used these white chocolate mini chips in baking cookies and mixed with dark chocolate in cookies and as a topping on muesli. They are sweet, and since they're mini, they just add little flavor bursts. They also melt nicely. Basic ingredients too. It's nice to find some white chocolate that is dairy free and tastes good.
