Restored HP 640 G1 14" Laptop, Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i5-4300M Processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive (Refurbished)

Everything about this laptop I really liked with one exception: When I first played a DVD it played fine. Later when I tried again I had accidentally put the disc in without locking it in place. The player just kept clicking and wouldn't play. I took the DVD out and put it in correctly. After that the player no longer worked. I have never had a player completely quit working from putting a disc in wrong whether it was on a pc, laptop or a home unit. I figure the player must have been ready to go anyhow and I just pushed it over the edge. Either way I didn't want to send the laptop back just because of a DVD player. I had all of my programs installed and had everything the way I wanted it. So, I found a player online for $32 total including tax and installed it and all is fine now. For the price of the laptop I didn't feel like the $32 was a huge amount to spend. I still feel I got a good deal on a great laptop.
