it came dead, would not charge no matter what cord plug or outlet i used, it was "quality checked" before it came to me supposedly but when i called shop owner he said and i quote, " sometimes you get a bad apple" then he promised to send me a label to send it back. i waited 2 weeks for a label and finally had to drive to walmart which is 30 miles away from me to return it there, i still had to wait til vendor got his bad apple back to get my money back. I know who the real bad apple is. i would have given negative stars but it wasnt an option.
