The carrier Tracfone uses is Verizon (one of the biggest and best). The navigation is complex, took me awhile to figure out. The customer service was great, and quick to answer customer service call. It took about 1/2 hour on the phone while the agent walked me through the menus and explained. She was very patient and helpful. Navigation: If you see two small choices down at bottom of screen, then push the left or right keys, the are plane long dash lines, one on the right, and one on the left. When the phone rings, someone calling you, you have two choices. To accept or reject the call. Use the left or right dash line keys to select accept or reject. The quickest and best method to hang up on a call is to just close the lid, that will hang up the call. At the home screen, if you push the big center button it will show you 9 pictures with a single word up on top screen as to what that picture choice is. Use the center button sides to move around the screen from one icon to the next. To choose the one selected, push the big center button. The button to go back to previous screen is the button that looks like a U laying on its side. That is the BACK button. The ON/Off button is the red one. The bottom left button on the number keyboard changes letters to symbols. The bottom right button on the number keyboard changes the mode of the text to all letters, or all numbers, all capital letters, etc. Hope this helps.
