How to Season a Pan
1. Thoroughly wash your new grill/griddle in hot water.
2. Place the grill/griddle in your preheated oven for a few minutes before continuing to make sure that it is completely dry.
3. Coat the grill/griddle with grease or oil. (Do this with the whole pan, not just the cooking surface, to reduce the possibility of external rust.)
4. Bake your grill/griddle in a 350 degrees oven for an hour.
5. Let the grill/griddle cool, and wipe off any excess oil.
For best results, do this two or three times, though the grill/griddle can be satisfactory after a single treatment.

In budget and for lean meats!
I love this skillet, it's not too heavy, easy to use and clean. I love it for cooking tortillas, toasting bread, or anything that doesn't let out too much fat like chicken breasts and ground turkey. Major downfall is that it can't handle high fat food. Bacon, or cooking burgers will cause a huge mess. Grease dropping especially if it's not evenly placed on the stove. I use on a gas stove and often spills over occasionally. I don't hate it since I mostly cook lean meats. If you're using for only red meats/ high fat items this isn't good for that in my personal opinion. It's less than an inch thick to keep the grease in. Easy to clean and you need to be cleaning/seasoning both sides to avoid rust!

It's hard to clean heavy. I've seen better lightweight grills griddles that are more easier and efficient to clean and pick up and cook. This one is a zero. I hardly use it. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody I know or family.
