Ok, so you are thinking, "What does she mean with that title?" I just started making a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people. I used the parsley flakes to garnish the mashed potatoes, and it looks great! Store brand parsley flakes are usually a dull green/brown color. These are a nice vibrant green and look fresh, not dried out and brownish. Lol I've also used them in my breadcrumbs when I made chicken cutlets last week. Even after frying them, I was able to see the green flakes. If you like to cook, and care about what your food looks like, you will like these parsley flakes.As an added bonus, the lid is very easy to flip open.
