New Soap dispensing heads fall off mount

I used to love my dish wand, the old style without the hole in the scrub pad or the soap dispensing Button. The Old wand pads easily lasted me 2-3 weeks. With the new pads they literally last me a few days before they rip off the mount. Not impressed as these things are not cheap. Might have to go back to using a good ole dishcloth.
