7 SPEED GRADE:
Brings the beaters up to the selected slow "1" speed, gradually adjust up speed to prevent ingredients from splashing. Obvious speed difference between 1-7 speed level.
1-2 Grade: Mixing original speed - used for dry mixed items such as flour, butter, potatoes.
3 Grade: Mixing original speed - in with liquid 's material, such as salad dressing etc.
4-5 Grade: Used mixing cake, cookies, simple bread dough material.
6 Grade: In cream, butter, sugar spend, free baked such as the candy, desserts snacks.
7 Grade: Used eggs sent, frosting , mashed potatoes, (milk fatty) gas-foaming with milk etc.
HOW TO CLEAN:
1.Unplug the application.
2.Clean the body of the application using only a dump cloth.
3.Clean the beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.
4.On completion of using your application it is strongly recommended that you clean the accessories immediately.
This will remove any bath drying out of the residue food. Making cleaning easier and reducing the possibility bacterial growth.

I bought this mixer because my other one even on the lowest speed was too fast so I bought this one and it was a lot better. It's easy to use except for the ejection of the beater controller. It is difficult to eject the beaters on this machine. My next purchase will be a stand mixer rather than an electric hand mixer. It will be worth the extra money to buy a stand mixer next time.
