Game Changer for non prescription mood management

I got this in lieu of using an antidepressant that my doctor prescribed. It works great! It calmed my anxiety, improved my mood, and helps me to sleep at night. I place two droppers worth under my tongue, just before bedtime, and let it sit for 30 seconds per drop. It doesn't cause disturbing dreams either like melatonin and Prozac do. This product is a real game changer.
