Really nice kayak that's stable and light at the same time. I strap it on top of my ARE walkthru shell and it fits like dream. The shipping wasn't the best but in the end Walmart made up for it bigtime. The boat I received after that was in pristine condition. Thank you Walmart for making things right. The only thing I would suggest for an item this big would be to ensure US based customer service for US customers and purchases. Caught four bass the first time out on Lake Mead without even trying. Rigged w Minnkota 30lb thrust trolling motor. Awesome platform, get one!

GREAT KAYAK FOR THE MO
This is my first kayak purchase, I had researched it on Dick's Sporting Goods website initially, then I searched YouTube for reviews of people who had bought it, every YouTube review I watched was possitive, of course there were minor points of difference but nothing major, one thing I noticed was all the reviewed kayaks came with a paddle, so I was expecting a paddle to be included with my order, when the kayak finally arrived - NO PADDLE - I was dismayed, now I had to order a paddle before I could get it on the water, I joined 2 FaceBook Groups that are devoted to this kayak and I mentioned the lack of a paddle we my kayak, apparently Walmart and Sam's Club kayaks do not come with a paddle, next the YouTube reviews all said the seat was rather low making it a bit difficult to stand up out of the seat, most of the reviewers said they either had or were intending to add 'seat-risers' to create extra storage under the seat and make standing up easier, after my paddle arrived I took it to the water to give it a leak test and stand up test, it happily passed both tests, so now I am progressing with adding some personal touches to the kayak to make it my own, I agree with the YouTube reviewers, this is an excellant beginners fishing kayak.

Incredibly stable. I'm 6'2 230lbs and this is Very Easy to stand up and fish from. It's a little on the heavier side but the wheels on the back make transporting to and from the water a breeze. Plenty of built in rod holders and storage. It is pretty wide so I would probably look into getting a longer paddle. I would absolutely recommend this , especially for someone new to kayaking/ fishing.
