After using the hot pot 4 times, I would recommend it to anyone. I would have liked the strainer/steamer pan to be made of heavier metal, but the performance is still awesome. I have made really good tacos in the pot, scrambled eggs are good too. However, if you want to make a pancake, that could be a little tricky, no flipping space!! Noodles, in single serving amounts, do well. As in a few reviews that I have read, I had no trouble with the pot being unbalanced or wobbly...just hold the handle when stirring!
