I didn't know the amount of soap to use and the water to dilute it, I figured it out. I am so satisfied with this purchase. I always wanted one now I bought two. it is more sanitary to use. I like that you use a USB cord to charge the battery instead of replacing the battery. I don't know how often you have charge it, but I just received it 4/13 and it's still fully charged. It's on the small size but perfect for my kitchen and bathroom and holds alot of liquid. I'm happy with my purchase
