The assembly was fairly easy. I love how quiet it is. that honestly shocked me how quiet it is. I love the app so i can monitor how much my cat uses it. The only thing that took me a minute to figure out was the bag area. Once I got the first bag in, I got use to it. I plan on cleaning the outside once a week to ensure litter doesnt mess with the motor or wheels.

the waste "bucket" is a pain. it holds more than expected but is difficult and time wasted when reassembling. the box is smaller than previous auto boxes. i hope that limits the maintenance issues that previous boxes had.
