Yum in 16 Minutes: 1. Boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir in pasta and cook 14-16 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain pasta in colander. While pasta is draining. 4. Add 3 Tbsp low fat milk to the warm saucepan. Richer Flavor: Add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter. 5. Sprinkle cheese over milk; stir to combine. 6. Add cooked pasta and stir well. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place. Push to open.

Corporate greed ruins another product
This has been our go-to Mac n cheese for a decade, due to the sharp white cheddar taste and better quality of ingredients. Finally finished off our older supply and opened a box of the “new” 2024 formulation. Imagine a bowl of gruel made by a disgruntled medieval peasant. Now imagine the disgruntled peasant spit in it, and then left it to ferment for several days, and it would still be more appealing and flavorful than this recipe. Baffled by how terrible it now is, I research online and log and behold find out that General Mills has removed all the butter and milk from the original recipe and added cornstarch, presumably as a cost saving measure. Good work removing the only two reasons - taste and ingredients - to ever purchase a significantly more expensive Annie's product. Don't worry - your costs will go way down when you run the company out of business!
