Great For My Boxer Mix

My dog likes to chew a lot and has destroyed many similar alternative products. This is his second one in his year of life and despite it being one of his favorite chew toys it outlasted the other dozens he has been given. The bone is really solid but little bits start sticking out over time, so as long as you make sure to check it regularly and use some side cutters or snips to get the big pieces it's all good.

Heavy chewer w/anxiety, these do the trick!

Finally found a chew that truly gives my dog a run for his teeth! He is an aggressive chewer, mostly out of anxiety from living in a shelter. Before the shelter, he had a family that gave him up due to health issues at 6 years old. Sad. BUT, he loves his new life and uses these chewies for 15 minutes, 2x day for relaxation after play. I would not recommend any dog chew on these much more than that since dogs can and do break or crack their teeth, and they DO wear the enamel off the longer they gnaw on them! At 8 years old, his gums are great and teeth have NO plaque on them! (Belgium Malinois x Greyhound/Husky.)

Nila bone is a high-quality chew. It's great for teething puppies. It helps keep tarter off their teeth, *they love the smell and they go crazy over the beef taste. It's easy to hold for most dogs. It can withstand large breeds. Nylabone will not chip or flake off in your pet's mouth. It also keeps the dogs from chewing your furniture. Great training aid.! Might I suggest when you crate your dog or leave him …give him the bone to chew. When you return take the bone away. He will learn to only chew the bone m. *always keep an eye on your pet. This is a training aid, not a magical wand. Happy chewing.! :-)
