IF you pee a little when you sneeze, 👍👍👍👍 If you leak a little 👏👏👏👏 BUT for periods… 👎👎👎👎 They leak through and I would not consider myself a heavy bleeder. So like they are good for they days your expecting to start as a back up, and the end days. Not so much for the days in between. And they aren't made to take the place of an adult diaper situation either.
