shoulder brace

It's a little bulky around the shoulder, but everyone's shoulders are different. The strap that runs under your arm and across your chest is sort of uncomfortable. But it's tolerable and really helped my shoulder. I fell on my shoulder and pulled a muscle, and the shoulder brace really helped. within 3 days, i could tell the difference in pain level.

Also I guess its self-explanatory on how to put it on put I would have liked a little instruction or guidance

The brace isn't really made for a big chest woman. I first purchased the medium it was way to tight so i got a large and it is loose around the bicep and the strap is hard to adjust to fit right with my chest in the way. I had rotator cuff surgery and it gives me support without restricting my movement.
