all the features of the sink are good but....the plastic plumbing is very bad. the draining mechanisms do not work. I am having to improvise with pvc just to be able to drain the sink which eliminateds the ability to use drain feature of sink. It does not open and close properly allowing it to drain. If yiu are going to continue to use plastic plumbing pieces upgrade to a better grade plastic. Also all connections leak even when tighted but have to be careful with that so plastic does not crack. I had rathered paid more for precut pvc connections. i would send back but it is just too much trouble. Hopefully the manufacturer will make necessary changes to improve their product. I do like all the specialty features of the sink as someone who cooks a lot.
