The main unit is leaking water. I hopefully would

The vendor sent the box quite fast and packed well. It heats fast and is comfortable. So why do I have a problem? First, a minor issue is the temp is in Celsius, so unless you are accustomed to Celsius, you have to convert to Fahrenheit, which is a pain. The major problem is the main unit is leaking water pretty severely. It is not leaking from the tubes. And yes, the water level is below the screen. And I can't find a way to contact the vendor to replace the main unit. I would hate to have to drain the mattress and somehow get it back into the box. If the vendor would replace the main unit, I would give the rating a 5 star. Why the one star? It is because the vendor says the unit and blanket are tested before they ship the mattress. Hopefully, Walmart will step in and make me whole. Dr. G
