Acetaminophen is not item i use, doesn't ever seem to work for me. I have MCAS and am afraid to try anything that has buffers and binders included in item. This stuff works for me, price is very reasonable and i have purchased quite few meds. I just works for me.

Like most of its kind it tastes terrible, but it's been great to keep on hand because it works fast and helps well with pain. I'm chronically ill in a way that brings me constant pain and it brings me a measure of relief. I'm sure it will do very well for someone without it. I didn't suffer any after effects other than the awful taste.
