I started drinking these shakes back in 2020. I was getting ready for bariactric surgery. Drank 3 or 4 aday and they helped me to lose weight to get my surgery. I continued drinking them until they went fron $15 to $21 after COVID. (So stupid) I started drinking them again but only 1 aday seeing I really can't afford them anymore. The 1 aday helps me get a little more protein to continue to lose weight. The taste is great considering other brands taste like medicine to me. There smooth and just thick enough to seem like a shake.

HELP FOR THE ELDERLY

I have Neuropathy in my feet which includes much swelling. But I've noticed the swelling has gone down since using Equate chocolate Protein Shake on a regular basis. I've tried to see if something rlse was reducing the swelling. but I keep coming back to Equate Protein Shakes.
