My 115 lb white German Shepherd was a rescue dog so when I first got him I didn't know much about his previous diet or problems. He had terrible skin and eye allergies that the vet prescribed medication and eye drops for but they didn't help. She finally recommended switching to Science Diet and within about 10 days he'd stopped licking his paws and his eyes cleared up beautifully. When my daughter's Pugadore started eating lots of grass and throwing up, on a regular basis, I suggested she try switching his food to Science Diet and though it was pricier than she expected it has, again, corrected a year long problem in just a few weeks. If I could afford a whole food product like the Farmers Dog, I would totally switch again but my guys a big one and for now, Science Diet seems to totally meet his needs.

Reliable sources and quality dog food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dog food, my dog's skin always been itching since he was a puppy. This food seems to easy off the itchiness a bit. He is not as scratchy as what he normally is. Not sure about for sensitive stomach yet as he vomited some bile a few days after this new food. Will keep eye on it to see if it improves. He loves the flavour and taste and had no problem changing to this food. I believe it's good brand and reliable as recommended by our vet too, also easy to access can buy from all pet shops and local vet.

Gentle on Skin and Stomach

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Echo has sensitive skin and stomach, so she was excited to try Hill's Science Diet Skin and Stomach Dog Food. The transition was easy, and she loved the taste from the very first bowl. After a couple weeks, I noticed fewer stomach upsets and less scratching. Her coat was shinier, healthier and softer. Her gut health and skin allergies have improved. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would recommend this product. I will continue to use this for my dog as she is thriving on it.
