Wonderful kit for young artists!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a birthday gift for my 9 year old daughter. She is a budding artist and is really quite good but struggles with drawing realistic faces and facial expressions. This kit is a wonderful tool to teach children how to draw faces. It comes with a teaching guide to draw eyes, nose, and mouth. The guide also shows you how to center the facial features and how to space them. The kit comes with colored pencils, including 6 skin tone pencils. There are practice coloring sheets and high quality paper for drawing. It also comes with a nice eraser and pencil sharpener, a color wheel for creating skin tones, and a mirror. Plus a little stick on easel to show off your masterpiece! My daughter got right to work when she opened her gift. She was really encouraged by what she learned and has been practicing daily. I highly recommend this kit for all kids who are interested in drawing.
