Best hair color product and has been so gentl

This was the only hair dye product that did NOT on application, actually hurt my scalp. For 20 years. NOW I am in my 90's ( thank you very much) and my scalp tingles this time with product on. Actually hurts. The product ingredients are fine. But I need help with any other product you have or advice. No sores or other damage to my scalp. You have my email.
