Terrible customer service

I ordered these pants for a Christmas gift. I ordered the twice. I ordered size large both times- I got medium the first time and extra large the second. I tried to return them to Walmart with a return bar code. I was told they couldn't refund my money as they came from a third party seller and one of the bar codes showed they had already been returned. I still have all four pairs of the pants and don't know how to return them for my refund.
