Atkins Snack, Protein Crisp Wafer, Lemon Creme, 10g Protein Dessert, Low Carb, 5 Count

They have become a staple for me. They taste really good and it's like a dessert for me without all the bad stuff.. The chocolate is also very good. As far as protein bars go, Atkins has been the best. Just about everything I have tried from Atkins is good.

for Atkins its a hit or miss some are great others bad there doesn't seem to be a middle ground. this hits the spot weather you want it for a snack, dessert or a quick meal replacement it works for all 3. so for those that are borderline diabetic, which means you're sugar never goes above 215 and stays @ 110-175 and can stay in good numbers with appropriate diet, its really great it won't raise your blood sugar at all. for those who are completely diabetic, 250 and above and has to use insulin constantly, i don't know what it will do to your blood sugar, but its a whole lot better that eating bad stuff and i don't know if some of you will like the taste. i think its great and few other people i know think its great. nature valley has waffers as well other than the honey walnut, Atkins waffers taste just as sweet but without the carbs. the texture is really good no after taste. so try it 😁
